ZAPATA, TEXAS---Aguinaldo "Agui" Navarro, Jr. 58, passed away on Monday, July 29, 2019.

Mr. Navarro is preceded in death by his father, Aguinaldo Navarro.

Mr. Navarro is survived by his wife of 32 years, Ana Velia Navarro; son, Aguinaldo Navarro, III; daughter, Ashley V. Navarro (Alonzo E. Barrera); parents, †Aguinaldo  and Esperanza Navarro; brothers, Sergio O. Navarro, Carlos O. (Rosalinda) Navarro, Juan A. "Johnny" (Paula) Navarro, Cesar H. Navarro, Arturo E. (Irene) Navarro; sisters, Melva (Jimmy) Morace, Lourdes (†Roberto R.) Lopez, Linda A. Navarro (Juan A. Segovia); in-laws, Erasmo and Catalina Gutierrez; brothers-in-law, Erasmo Jr. (Irma) Gutierrez, Amando N. (Dr. Delia) Gutierrez; sisters-in-law, San Juanita (Jose Luis) Garcia, Nidia O. (Jose Rolando) Guzman, Thelma S. (Romeo) Benavides, Maria R. (Leonel) Martinez, Leticia A. (Dario) Ramos and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

Visitation hours will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2019, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a vigil at 7 p.m. at Rose Garden Funeral Home.

The funeral procession will depart on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Committal services will follow at Zapata County Cemetery.
