ZAPATA, TEXAS---Adelina Garza 75, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas.

Ms. Garza is preceded in death by husband, Federico Garza; son, Fernando Garza; parents, Macedonio and Maria Aurora Guzman; brothers, Calixto, Rogelio, Jose Emilio and Juan Ramon Guzman.

Ms. Guzman is survived by her son, Federico "Kiko" (Monica) Garza; daughters, Adelina (Jose Luis) Rocha, Maria Elisa Garza (Guadalupe Villarreal), Maria Martha (Estanislado) Garcia and Leticia Garza (Florencio Barientos); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Roy, Hector, Macedonio Guzman; sisters, Alicia, Margarita, Maria Aurora, Guzman and by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.

We would like to inform the community that due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), County and State mandates we will be having a private viewing for immediate family members only.

A private graveside service will be held at Zapata County Cemetery.
